Good Afternoon,
I’m writing today with some bittersweet news. After much thought and careful consideration, we’ve made the difficult decision to close Packsaddle Title Co. We will continue to diligently complete all existing title orders, but we will no longer be accepting new contracts or title requests.
This was not a decision we made lightly. Over the years, it has been our privilege to work with so many wonderful individuals and families—helping you through important milestones like buying property, starting businesses, and planning for the future. Through that work, we recognized a growing need in our community for quality legal services, especially in the areas of estate planning, real estate law, and business law.
As we look ahead and reflect on the kind of life we want to build for ourselves and our families, we’ve realized that we can no longer sustain both the title and legal sides of the business.
While our title services are coming to a close, we’re excited to continue serving our community through Packsaddle Law PLLC, where our focus is on protecting what matters: estate planning for your family, real estate law for your property, and business law for your future.
We also want you to know that our entire team from Packsaddle Title will continue on with Packsaddle Law PLLC. You’ll still be working with the same trusted professionals who understand your needs and are committed to delivering the same level of care and service you’ve come to expect.
